The Graduate Programme forms a key part of ARYZTA’s Talent Strategy, and all graduates are given a real role with real responsibility from Day One. A great emphasis is placed on building leadership and functional capability which will ensure that we are growing talent from the point of career entry to meet our future business needs. As well as support from their Line Managers on the job, each Graduate is also assigned a Mentor who provides offline support in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary to be successful in ARYZTA.

As graduates are hired into genuine and valued roles, the functions recruited for can vary year on year, and all guarantee un-rivalled, hands on experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
As well as building their functional expertise on the job, Graduates build their leadership skillset through participation in the Graduate Management Development Programme run in partnership with the IMI in Dublin. The Graduate Management Development Programme covers key modules, such as strategy, project management, negotiation & influencing skills, finance and operations management.
